Cleveland Brown launched his career on the financial side of payments and technology while at Union Bank of California in 1992. In 2008, he founded Payscout Ltd. International, an e-commerce payment system firm. He then founded Payscout with Manpreet Singh in 2011, utilizing a payments model that blended domestic and global e-commerce merchant payment solutions.
