Paula Bahamon serves as senior vice president and community development manager at Mission Valley Bank. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to supporting and advancing small to midsized businesses through strategic banking solutions, relationship management, and community-focused financial guidance. With extensive experience in commercial banking, Bahamon specializes in small business management, business development, and client relationship management. She is recognized as a results-driven banking professional with strong leadership and operational expertise, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor within both the banking industry and the communities she serves. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Bahamon plays an active role in community outreach by advising business owners on financial literacy and long-term business sustainability. Prior to joining Mission Valley Bank, she was a founding member of the Small Business Banking Program at Bank of America in 2010. In that role, she helped strengthen profitability within the small business customer segment while developing strategic referral partnerships and identifying solutions for clients with mortgage and investment needs.
