Natalie Bazarevitsch is widely recognized as a transformational leader within CBRE and across Southern California’s commercial real estate industry. With 35 years of experience, all at CBRE, Bazarevitsch uniquely blends executive leadership and top-tier brokerage performance, setting her apart among her peers. Bazarevitsch has received national recognition within CBRE, being awarded the Benjamin Arthur Banker Educational Excellence Leadership Award also receiving the Endurance of Spirit Award, the highest honor given to a woman professional at CBRE. Today, as a senior vice president, Bazarevitsch applies that executive perspective directly to her clients, advising institutional owners, developers, and corporate tenants across the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley. Her team is widely regarded as the preeminent office agency team in the region, completing 6.2 million square feet of leases and sales by her team over the last five years. At the end of 2025, Bazarevitsch completed a 167,000 square foot sale to AWS in Pasadena; a 98,505 square foot lease with In N Out Burgers for its headquarters in Glendora; and in April, 2026, a close to 100,000 square foot lease with Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, also in Pasadena.
