Wasserman’s Northridge company provides “COO to go” services for boutique and mid-sized law firms as well as other professional service organizations. Before starting her company, she served as chief operations officer at both local and national law firms. Her expertise encompasses management reviews, retreat facilitation, cash flow projections, financial management, recruitment and succession planning. She acts as a facilitator for American Bar Association webinars, including “How to Double Your Profits and Halve Your Workload in One Year” and “Leaders Secrets to High-Performance Teams.” She is a member of the editorial board for the ABA’s Law Practice Magazine. Additionally, she is co-author of two books.
