The 130-unit Stillmore Apartments in Santa Clarita has sold for $21.7 million, or $167,036 per unit, according to CoStar Group. Foothill Ranch-based Wedgewood Inc. purchased the 90,384-square- foot multifamily building, located at 19306 Stillmore St. in Santa Clarita. The seller was Sikand Properties in Van Nuys. The two-story, 1977-built apartment building sold in a deal on March 9 after a nearly three months on the market.
