The North Ranch Office Building in Westlake Village has sold for $7.7 Million. The 45,000 square foot office was purchased by Chippewa Enterprises Inc. of Riverside from Toth Properties of Westlake Village. The 31225 La Baya Drive building is about 48 percent leased, according to Sperry Van Ness. Tenants include a YMCA, the Schroeder Center for Healthy Living and more. Jeff Albee, executive vice president, and Travis Albee, associate vice president, at the Woodland Hills office of Sperry Van Ness represented both sides of the deal.
