Burbank-based Warner Bros. Consumer Products has entered into a licensing agreement with Oregon Scientific, an Oregon-based designer and marketer of personal electronics. Under the agreement, Oregon Scientifics will create a line of Scooby-Doo learning toys, which will include children’s laptops and handheld devices. The products are slated for release this summer and will be unveiled at the Toy Industry Association’s 109th American International Toy Fair in New York on Feb. 12. Angela Melero
