ValueClick Names New Chief Operating Officer

ValueClick, a Westlake Village-based digital marketing firm, announced John Giuliani as its new chief operating officer, effective immediately. Guiliani will oversee many of ValueClick’s domestic companies including ValueClick Media and Dotomi, Commission Junction, the company’s marketing division, and the Mediaplex technology business. Giuliani previously served as president of the Dotomi division and is a member of ValueClick’s board of directors. In a prepared statement, James Zarley, CEO of ValueClick, said Giuliani’s marketing experience and leadership skills made him the “perfect choice to drive the integration of our businesses, allowing our customers to leverage our unique vision.” “I am excited about the prospect of crystallizing our divisions into a full solution set, and I look forward to working with John and our other leaders to capitalize on our industry’s growth opportunities in the years to come,” Zarley said.
