Stonegate Square, a class B office building located at 1965-1985 Yosemite Ave. in Simi Valley, sold for $2.9 million, or $180 a square foot, in a deal closed Jan. 24. Built in 1987, the 16,154 square-foot structure houses a mix of medical, legal and financial services. Among the two-story building’s 16 tenants: Jury Systems Inc., CityLights Financial, State Farm Insurance, Border7 Studios, GMZ Engineering, Ohana Family Counseling, Perpetual Care Hospice Inc. and Martin R. Weinberg Law. The buyer is Stonegate Plaza LLC. The seller is Stonegate Square LLC.
