Chatsworth Industrial Building Sells for $2.3 Million

A recently-renovated industrial building in Chatsworth was sold by Wells Fargo Bank to an Agoura Hills private investor for $2.3 million, according to brokers who handled the deal. The 20,520-square-foot property at 8944 Fulbright Ave. was built in 1969, but was given a new roof and an electrical overhaul prior to the sale. The building sits on more than an acre of land. Tenants include Fusion Steel Inc., All United Van Lines and engineering firm Ambitech Inc. The building was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale. Chris Migliori, Kevin Tamura and Chris Sullivan of DAUM Commercial Real Estate represented the San Francisco-based bank. The buyer, Empire State of Mind LLC, was represented by Keller Williams Realty.
