The AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, based in Los Angeles, is now using YouTube to help professionals better understand its commercial real estate forms. The educational videos, which seek to answer common questions regarding AIR’s forms, cover topics such as sublease and assignment, arbitration clauses and the difference between net and gross lease, the association said in a news release Monday. AIR said it plans to produce one new video per month on important topics. The forms, which the news release calls an industry standard, are used during various stages of real estate transactions. “The beauty of this program is that it’s available to anyone on YouTube,” AIR executive director Tim Hayes said in a prepared statement. The videos can be accessed through the organization’s website or directly through YouTube on the AIRCommercialRE channel.
