Valley 200 – 2024: Gina Woullard

Vice President, Northrop Grumman Corp.

Woullard is the vice president of manufacturing operations at the Palmdale aircraft integration center of excellence for the aeronautics systems sector at Northrop Grumman Corp. Woullard is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of its products. In addition, Woullard oversees production operations at the various Antelope Valley sites which produce and maintain some of the most advanced weapon systems in the world. Woullard is a volunteer for Help Mates for Hope, a Carson nonprofit that helps foster children and was for six years a cheerleading coach for Fullerton Pop Warner Football.

Valley 200 – 2024: Eddie Lund

President, Allen Lund Co.

Lund grew up in the family business that bears his father’s name. He graduated from Notre Dame University in 1990, was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers, and completed four years with the organization. In 1994, he shifted his career and began working at the family-owned company, starting at its Portland, Oregon location. Lund was promoted to manager of the San Antonio, Texas, branch in 1997 and returned to California as vice president of sales and operations in 2004, overseeing the branch offices throughout the U.S. Lund was named president in May 2018 after Allen Lund’s passing. The company has grown to 39 offices nationwide and in Canada, with over 550,000 shipments annually and revenue of over $1.2 billion.

Valley 200 – 2024: Donna Langley

Chair, Chief Content Officer, NBCUniversal Studio Group, NBC Universal

After starting her career as a senior vice president of production at New Line Cinema in Burbank, Langley moved on to Universal Pictures where she has been for the past 23 years. There she has climbed the ranks of executive leadership from president of production to co-chair and then chair of Universal Studios. She then was promoted to chair of the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Last year Langley was named chair of NBCUniversal Studio Group. In the new role, Langley continues to leverage her longstanding relationships with content creators to unlock a cross-portfolio creative strategy including programming, distribution and marketing. During her time with the company Langley has expanded a number of its popular franchises including Fast & Furious,” “Pitch Perfect” and “Despicable Me.”

Langley is also involved in the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and helped Universal Filmed Entertainment Group launch its Global Talent Development & Inclusion department. In 2022, Langley was named among Business Insider’s “10 People Transforming Business.” She is the recipient of the 2023 UCLA’s Game Changer Award; the 2018 Producers Guild of America’s Milestone Award; and the 2016 Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation Pioneer of the Year Award.

Valley 200 – 2024: Diana Sanchez

Special Programs Director for Community Relations, Van Nuys Airport

Sanchez is the Special Programs Director for Community Relations at Los Angeles World Airports, which includes Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. Under her leadership, Van Nuys Airport has received awards from the Mid Valley YMCA, The Valley Economic Alliance, the Valley Industry & Commerce Association and several Chambers of Commerce. In 2021, Sanchez was awarded the Fernando Award, the highest local award for volunteerism. She was recognized as Woman of the Year by then Senator Robert Hertzberg and by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In 2019, she was named Businessperson of the Year by the Encino Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Mid Valley YMCA Board of Directors.

Valley 200 – 2024: David Zaslav

President, Chief Executive, Warner Bros. Discovery

Zaslav is the chief executive of Warner Bros. Discovery. He has had to slash $50 billion in gross debt, which piled up when Discovery merged with Warner Media two years ago. Formerly head of reality TV giant Discovery since 2007, Zaslav is a protege of famed media investor John Malone. He was inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame in 2017. He is a recipient of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Award, the UJA-Federation of New York’s Steven J. Ross Humanitarian Award and Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications Fred Dressler Leadership Award.

Valley 200 – 2024: Dana Walden

Co-Chair, Disney Entertainment, Walt Disney Co.

Walden oversees Disney’s portfolio of entertainment media, news and content businesses globally, including Disney’s streaming business. As such, she leads ABC Entertainment, ABC News, Disney Television Studios, FX, Hulu Originals and National Geographic Content, among others. Prior to joining Disney, she was chief executive of Fox Television Group. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021 from Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business. She currently serves on the President’s Export Council. In 2023, programming under Walden’s oversight earned 301 Emmy nominations.

Valley 200 – 2024: Darnell Tyler

Director, Real Estate Planning and Community Relations, NBCUniversal

Tyler is the Director of Real Estate Planning & Community Relations at NBCUniversal. He’s responsible for managing and overseeing internal and external communications for the Universal City Evolution Plan, a 25-year blueprint for future development of the 391-acre Universal City property which is home to Universal Studios, CityWalk and Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park. He serves on several boards, including Los Angeles Police Foundation, Providence St. Joseph Hospital, East Valley YMCA, Valley Economic Alliance and Valley Industry & Commerce Association.

Valley 200 – 2024: David Overton

Chief Executive, Cheesecake Factory

Overton was one of the originators of the “upscale casual” dining segment, opening The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1978. In September 1992, upon completion of the company’s initial public offering, he became chair of the board and chief executive of The Cheesecake Factory Inc. The Cheesecake Factory, based in Calabasas, has become a global brand with more than 200 locations across the United States and Canada, plus 34 locations operating under licensing agreements in the Middle East, Mexico, and Asia.  In 2018, the company acquired Fox Restaurant Concepts and its 12 brands. Today, The Cheesecake Factory Inc. operates 337 restaurants under brands including The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia and Flower Child.

Valley 200 – 2024: Clay Lacy

Founder, Chair, Clay Lacy Aviation

Lacy’s long career includes work as a test pilot and United Airlines captain. In 1968, he founded Clay Lacy Aviation at Van Nuys Airport as the first executive charter service in the western United States. During his career, Lacy has flown more than 300 aircraft types and accumulated more than 50,000 flight hours. In 2010, he was inducted into the National Aviation Hall of Fame. Lacy also helped to develop the Astrovision camera system, which has been used in more than 2,800 films, including “Armageddon” and “Top Gun.” Last year, the company invested $20 million to construct a facility that will feature a passenger terminal, executive offices and a 40,000-square-foot hangar in Connecticut.

Valley 200 – 2024: Bryan Touchstone

General Manager, Valencia Town Center

Touchstone has been managing shopping centers since the mid-1980s, bringing his expertise to properties in around 14 different states. He became general manager of the Valencia Town Center in 2021. In addition to his extensive experience in real estate management, Touchstone holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Houston, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also passed the CPA exam in the late 1990s with high national scores. He was born in Texas and raised in New York but calls the Santa Clarita Valley home.
