Valley 200 – 2024: John Clark

Vice President, General Manager, Lockheed Martin

Clark, the head of Advanced Development Programs at Lockheed Martin – also known as Skunk Works – succeeded Jeff Babione in April 2022. In the position, he is responsible for leading all development activities and personnel across the enterprise, engaging with a diverse customer community and setting priorities for the division. Clark has been at Lockheed for more than 24 years, previously serving as vice president of its engineering and technology division, where he ensured the integrity of products and processes, supported technical concept development and managed more than 8,000 engineers. He also served as vice president of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Skunk Works.

Valley 200 – 2024: Kevin Demoff

President, Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Sports Council named Demoff its 2022 Sports Executive of the Year, a nod to the Rams’ Super Bowl championship on its home SoFi Stadium field in Inglewood. In his 15th season as the team’s top front-office executive and liaison to team owner Stan Kroenke, Demoff works closely with the Rams’ general manager, Les Snead, and head coach, Sean McVay, on team signings and acquisitions. In March, he was named president of team and media operations. In that role, Demoff will oversee the operations of all Kroenke Sports & Entertainment teams, which includes the Denver Nuggets of the NBA. Demoff was named one of Sports Business Journal’s 2023 ALL-IN Leaders in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Co-Founder, Chief Executive, JB Office

De Salay is a sales executive with more than 20 years of experience. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in international business management. De Salay started his sales career with Infiniti selling cars. After graduating college, he worked for Countrywide Home Loans. Just before the 2008 financial crisis, he left Countrywide to assume the role of vice president of domestic sales and customer service at Printing Technologies Inc., an office supply wholesaler in Chatsworth. After teaching high-level sales to IT professionals and working with small dealers, he realized a segment was underserved. He and his best friend, Brian Borna, co-founded JB Office in 2012 to fill the need.

Co-Founder, Chief Executive, inVia Robotics

Elazary has more than 20 years of experience as an executive in internet networking, robotics, software development and enterprise architecture businesses. He co-founded InVia Robotics in Westlake Village in 2015. The company develops robots used in e-commerce warehouses. He co-founded EdgeCast, a content delivery platform, in 2006. It later sold to Verizon Communications Inc. in 2013. Before that, Elazary co-founded and later sold in 1999 HostPro, an internet hosting company. Elazary completed a master’s degree of computer science at the University of Southern California with a specialty focus on artificial intelligence. He attended a Ph.D. program in robotics at USC where he met his inVia co-founders.

Chief Executive, Walt Disney Co.

Iger, who leads The Walt Disney Co. in Burbank, has publicly stated his priority is to arrange for his replacement when his contract expires at the end of 2026. The Disney veteran’s prior choice was forced out by the board in November 2022. With the 73-year-old back in the saddle, Iger wrestles with ballooning costs and growing competition for video streamer Disney+. Iger has also pulled the trigger on buying all of streamer Hulu after Comcast sold its share of the company to Disney in December. Before taking over as chief executive of Disney in 2005, Iger was chair of ABC Group and in 1999 was given the additional responsibility of president of Walt Disney International. From 2000 to 2005, he served as Disney’s president and chief operating officer.

President, Co-Founder, ServiceTitan

Kuzoyan co-founded Glendale-based Service Titan with Ara Mahdessian in 2012. ServiceTitan develops software used by home services contractors that combines scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, sales, marketing, reporting, accounting integration and more in a mobile, cloud-based platform. ServiceTitan is preparing for an initial public offering, according to media reports. Two years ago, ServiceTitan announced the launch of Titan Intelligence, an artificial intelligence-powered product to help service providers better analyze and understand data and insights. The company is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, ICONIQ Capital, Battery Ventures, Index Ventures, T-Rowe Price, Dragoneer, Mucker Capital and I2BF Capital.

Co-Founder, Chief Executive, Mythical

Linden is the chief executive of Mythical Games, a Sherman Oaks-based game company focused on building player-owned economies in addition to its own portfolio of games, including its first game, Blankos.com. Prior to Mythical Games, Linden was the president of Seismic Games, which was acquired by Niantic Labs, developer of Marvel Strike Force and Magic the Gathering: Valor’s Reach. Prior to Seismic Games, he was a Studio Head at Activision Blizzard on the “Call of Duty” and “Skylanders” franchises. Linden was previously the co-founder and chief technology officer at Adknowledge and at OpenX. He also built his own startups, Planet Alumni (acquired by Reunion.com) and Litmus Media (acquired by Think Partnership Inc. in 2006 for $13 million).

Executive Chair, Teledyne Technologies Inc.

Mehrabian is an Armenian-American materials scientist who assumed the role of executive chair of Teledyne Technologies Inc. in January.  He served as chair, president and chief executive of Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies since 2000 except for a brief period, from January 2019 to October 2021, when he assumed the position of executive chair. Mehrabian held various senior executive positions at Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated starting in July 1997, prior to the spin-off of Teledyne Technologies in November 1999. Mehrabian has served on the boards of Mellon Financial Corp. and its successor, Bank of New York Mellon Corp., and PPG Industries, Inc. He holds eight U.S. and more than 40 foreign patents.

General Manager, The Garland

Mills serves as General Manager of The Garland. A second-generation hotelier with more than 35 years of hospitality experience, Mills oversees all aspects of the iconic North Hollywood hotel. Mills led the rebrand and $28 million renovation of The Garland. Prior to joining The Garland, he held the role of vice president of hospitality operations for The Siegel Group in Las Vegas. He has also served as general manager of the boutique Avalon Beverly Hills. Mills sits on the Board of Directors for the Valley Industry & Commerce Association, the Los Angeles Tourism Marketing District, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and the East Valley Family YMCA. Mills was the recipient of VICA’s Harmon Ballin Community Service Award in 2022.

Chief Executive, Founder, Blu Digital Group

Pantoja is the founder and chief executive of Blu Digital Group Inc., a full-service provider of logistics, distribution, licensing and quality assurance products for content creators and hardware and software developers. Since the Burbank-based company’s founding in 2007, Pantoja has helped Blu play an increasingly influential role within the home entertainment industry. In January 2021, the company closed its multi-million-dollar series A round of funding with the investment led by C. Richard “Dick” Kramlich, co-founder of Green Bay Ventures, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm. Since then, Blu has continued to accelerate its software development growth and has added additional services.
