Van Nuys-based TWC Aviation has been chosen by Sino Jet to operate that company’s U.S. VIP charter aircraft under a new agreement with the Chinese aviation company. In return, Sino Jet will become the marketing agent in Asia for TWC’s aircraft management, charter, and brokerage services. TWC has been expanding into the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market, and the firm needed a partner familiar with local customs, regulations, cultures and languages, said TWC CEO Andrew Richmond. “Sino Jet has assembled a talented group of aviation professionals who share our passion for service and attention to detail,” Richmond said. “Working together, we can offer the most sophisticated clients a safe, luxurious, enjoyable travel experience that meets their high standards and expectations.” The first aircraft TWC will make available is a 13-passenger Bombardier Global Express. Additional high-end aircraft will join the VIP charter fleet during the year. Mark R. Madler
