DeGrinis serves as a vice chairman in Newmark’s office in Calabasas. His team joined Newmark in 2019 as part of the firm’s expansion into the territory that includes the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County and the Santa Clarita Valley. DeGrinis and his fellow team members have a collective track record of more than 100 years in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in industrial leasing, sales, land development and tenant representation and consulting in North Los Angeles. His team has completed transactions totaling more than 49 million square feet and $3.5 billion in consideration. Prior to his current position, DeGrinis held the role of senior executive vice president at Colliers International.
