Hunt leads the northern Los Angeles region for CBRE, specializing in the commercial property sector. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction as well as day-to-day leadership for all advisory services lines of business. This includes leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Hunt has held a variety of leadership roles in CBRE’s Pacific Region. He previously served as the executive managing director of CBRE’s advisory services business in Victoria, Australia, one of the company’s largest Pacific geographies. Before stepping into leadership roles, he specialized in industrial brokerage and industrial occupier representation.
