Miller, an attorney specializing in entertainment, licensing, intellectual property and real estate, has over 25 years of experience as a legal adviser. Before founding her firm in Calabasas, she held senior executive positions at NBCUniversal, including vice president of business affairs for Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk, where she was instrumental in the billion-dollar expansion of these properties and managed tenant relationships. Prior to that, she worked at Walt Disney Imagineering, Sega GameWorks and MCA. Miller practices “Coopertition,” the strategy of getting competitors to collaborate for the benefit of their clients. This is also the title of her 2021 book. In addition, she works in Miller Haga’s practice on location-based entertainment, advising theme parks, attraction designers, record labels, hotels, restaurants and retailers on risk management and intellectual property issues.
