President, Chief Executive, Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce
Borja is the president and chief executive of the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, based in Westlake Village, serving the cities of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills. It is the third largest business association or group in the region with a budget of more than $1 million this year. It has roughly 700 members and was founded in 1939. She also leads the Conejo Valley Tourism Improvement District and the Greater Conejo Valley Community Foundation. She previously served as the chamber’s senior director of marketing and events. Prior to joining the chamber, Borja was the director of marketing for the West Valley region for Caruso, Rick Caruso’s namesake company. She was born and raised in Thousand Oaks.
