Board Chair, DeVry University
Since 2018, Peel has been the chair of the board at DeVry University. He is also the managing partner at Peel Global Advisory, a consulting firm that offers capital and board support to both public and private entities, colleges, universities and arts institutions. Peel is recognized for building esteemed human resources organizations at institutions such as Yale University, General Mills, and PepsiCo. He officially retired from Yale in 2017, serving as vice president of human resources and administration after collaborating with two successive presidents for nine years. Prior to joining Yale, he was the chief human resources officer at General Mills.
