Louchheim is the chair and chief executive of Bobrick Washroom Equipment Inc., a North Hollywood-based restroom accessory, toilet partition and cubicle system company that was founded more than 100 years ago. It has several manufacturing facilities worldwide and serves 100 markets around the globe. Bobrick Washroom Equipment recently donated $30,000 to help small businesses impacted by the recent wildfires. Louchheim has overseen multiple acquisitions at the company and its expansion into new segments of the market, as well as increased its manufacturing capabilities. Louchheim is on the board for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and in 2022, he served as the chamber’s chair.
